Job Requirement (1) Strategic Planning and Implementation:
To develop the annual strategic plan in consultation with local team and central team with respect to all segments of operations
To make sales strategies based on market studies of competitors , ultimate users of the services about pricing and delivery of the services and optimize the product /services mix based on demand forecasts of comprehensive eye services , optical business and other revenue generating sources
To develop action plans derived from annual strategic planning with local team with respect to all segments of operations
To develop systems and process , ensure effective implementation of the quality systems and processes with respect to all segments of operations for attaining the efficacy in operations
To coordinate with the central team for smooth operations in secondary centres

(2) Performance Analysis and Monitoring:

To work with and guide the local teams in implementation of the actions to streamline operations for meeting the operational and financial goals derived from action planning
To bring alignment and build ownerships in the local teams towards the work delivery within time and budget
To build consensus and setting of the performance benchmarks and constantly monitor and do analysis of the a key indices
To provide inputs to local teams in case of deviations from the set benchmarks and timely interventions to bridge the gaps
To continuously work on generating ideas and interventions for the top management to reduce cost and expenses and be accountable for the sustainability of the Secondary centres



(3) Continuous Quality Improvements :

To map all the processes against the best practices as per the SCEH central guidelines / Sop’s and prepare plan to bridge the gap
To regularly sensitize the secondary centre lead team about of importance of quality
To constantly work with central quality team to oversee/monitor, conduct audits and make sure about adherence to the defined process and protocols happens at every single point of contact ensuring quality and appropriate corrective actions are being taken to manage deviations in clinical and non clinical areas
To bring in a quality culture and strive for continuous quality improvement by involving all functions and cadre.
